I’ve noticed that Comment Kahuna comes up with the same results too no matter what you put in for a keyword. Maybe I’m doing it wrong but I keep seeing a lot of duplicate blogs. What do you expect for free though?

I installed Comment Kahuna, and then uninstalled it and reinstalled it 3 times (as directed by their Customer Support team in 3 different trouble tickets…) because it STOPS WORKING almost every day! (And on the days that it does work the program locks up after about a dozen comments! – Ugghh!)

I found FastBlogFinder in a Google search, installed it, and have been using it with No Problems for a week now! – So far it’s the BEST blog comment software (Free) that I’ve used!

@Promotional Items – I never had any problems with lock ups? I’m using Vista and always ran the program as the administrator.

@skid-steer-guy – Excellent tip! Not having profiles was the only drawback I could find to using FBF. I’m on my way to download that add-in right now. Great work around.

I had the same experience with Comment Kahuna and really prefer Fast Blog Finder (although I am only currently using the free version). To get around not having the ‘profile’ feature of Comment Kahuna, you can use a nifty little (free) Firefox add-in called Informenter, that is awesome for keeping profiles.

I simply setup a profile in Firefox/Informenter, search using Fast Blog Finder, double-click the blog in FBF and with just a few clicks I can input the name/mail/website details, and even canned comments if I want (which I never do).

I also downloaded Comment Kahuna and found that search is terrible, but also it’s missing other important functions and sometimes the computer hangs up. Thiss soft sucks.
